I have a Nokia 2700 Classic, and I use Pocket internet with PC suite to surf on my PC. Is my phone 3G enabled? If not can I make it 3G enabled? If so how and what is the process to do so?

Nokia 2700 Classic is not a 3G capable phone and you cannot make it 3G enabled.
For 3G to work you need a 3G sim as well as a 3G capable phone or modem.

A quick google search would have given you the answer to the first question. Anyways, the answer is no. Nokia 2700 Classic is not 3G enabled. AFAIK, there is no known method to make a 2G phone into 3G. Sell your mobile & get a new one.

You should have done a google before starting this thread, anyways 2700c is not a 3G phone its 2G. You can get nokia 2730, its a 3G phone.
And AFAIK 2G cannot be converter to 3G, and both the type of phones have different hardware components. You should go for shopping if you want to use Aircel 3G

The Nokia 2730 jut got UMTS (384Kbps) and not worth it. Its not much of an improvement from 2G Edge speeds.
The SE Cedar ~ 4.7k is the best option as it has support HSDPA 7.2Mbps speeds
