before leaving india, I converted my post paid to prepaid since it was a premium number. then asked the airtel guys about international roaming, they told that I have to recharge for Rs1000 to enable international roaming. I had some 150 balance and I just took my phone with me. I get incoming calls which I dont lift, a lot of spam sms and my bank sms messages.
