Airtel broadband vs. Tata Indicom

Did you get this from tata teleservices as recommended above or a reseller (aka former cable wallah) ?

I got it from tata , not local guy.

Been 6 days, still no news from them, other than "we shall treat you on a priority basis"

The field engineer cuts my calls , and switches off his mobile. To add insult to injury, i get smses everyday asking to pay the bill(May 22nd-June30th period) immediately to avoid disconnection. They are gonna get any money from me lol :bleh:

Airtel's not an option in your area i take it ?

tho given their recent addition of mandatory talk time for unlimited plans, i don't feel like recommending them anymore for the price asked.
