Airtel Network gone for toss today? (Mumbai)

Facing issues from yesterday night..Broadband has been going on-off.Hope issue is solved asap :( This is the first time I am facing downtime since the time I took Airtel BB connection 3 years ago.

Had a talk with Area Engg..he said most of the line would be back by today night.
 
I'm facing a different issue. I'm not able to join servers starting with 180.x.x.x (cs) and at the same time getting high latency with other isps !
 
What about the downtime 4-5 days back in NCR ..?

i could not speak to people whenever the calls were connected. That was even worse.. they were charging money and all i could hear was my own voice.
 
..>Finally started working, ..but only after i called their CC again...dont know if that helped, but was working in 5 mins after my call....
