Airtel Nodal Officers?

Do they even have them anymore? I've been having a problem with high latency for the past 2 months in Chennai, and their first level customer care and so-called technical department has been of no help. In fact, one of them even tried to put the blame on me .

I'd like to contact someone higher up, but mailing their nodal officer's id keeps giving me an error message from 121. Any ideas?

There is no such thing as "Nodal officer" anymore. Things have changed. Search their website for "Appellate authority" instead.

Now a days writing mail wont help much,you will get standard replies.write the problem in airtel fanpage in FB u will get resolution fast.Personal experience

Yes totally agree with @manojkrishnaks. Write on their FB or Twitter and a callback is usually within hours and resolution is most of the times fast.

Forget Nodal officier, even the Appellate authority have no power in Airtel. My personal experience.

Formally u can send the mail to the Appellate authority and also write on their FB page.

Oh man even their appellate authority is useless. I wrote a 1000 word email detailing my problem and explaining why high latency is a problem for gamers.

They responded with "slow browsing problem"?
