Airtel Special plan 4mbps ultd @ 1799

Misleading thread title since it isn't actually "unlimited". Someone should sue Airtel if they call a 50GB capped plan "unlimited".
 
Dude, all unlimited plans come with FUP, I think its across ISP's, so logically its still unlimited, but you speed is reduced.
 
BTW i think VERY FEW (if any) people actually get these plans from Airtel.... I think Airtel has always engaged in misleading advertising and campaign to build its image as if it provides fast/cheap broadband yet I hear many people who call Airtel CC asking for these plans are refused them with the excuse of "not feasible in your area"...

Not to mention the cartelisation aspect... really these sleeping govt babus should wake up and act for themselves and consumers out here...

no way. don't change it.

it might make sense for someone like me who doesn't download all that much but if you're at the 500gb range, it's too risky.

you don't want your speeds going down to 256kbps. ever.
