N talk to senior feild exec. directly don roam around these idiots,,,dey generally r more receptive...

Well, here's the story so far.....

Once upon a time in delhi, there was an ISP called Airtel. All the new broadband subscribers were promised night double speed under the UL plans, though there was no official documentation. And all the members were happy because airtel never went down, people used to get constant speeds, 256UL plan used to get 30kbps during the day and 50-55kbps at night (torrents). Now suddenly they have discovered heavy traffic and downloading on these plans, so they stopped the night double speed without informing the customers and the speed have dropped to 20-22 day/night, uploading also restricted to 20-25kbps.
 
Ouch that must hurt after 50 kpbs.. ( But we in bangalore never had double night downloads so not much of a case for us here, and speeds have remained the same for like 2 years
