akai dvd player 401, anyone usedi it?

Akai's r all TAIWAN made assembled boards,so goes for many other "known" Indian brands!

...had the Akai 10000 DVD-player,3 yrs back.....for a f***'ing 11k

....Pic quality was quite"good",no progressive scan though....

....anyway,lasted good for 3 yrs,till now

BUt sorry dont know abt 401,maybe at BEST,a good VFM set!
 
Don't go for Sony. It is sucked for some CD/DVD's. May be for copy right issue.

As Sony it self in Music and Movie sector.

In one of reviews I read that Akai DVD player almost runs all types of CD's and DVD's no problem with Pirated too.

.......yeah,that's my say too......neither with mp3's also.......No trouble with any media....good VFM
BTW,i too have the Philips DVD-Divx-DVP642K.....but it rather crops up trouble with sum mp3's:mad:

I saw one at my friends house, plays everything u throw at it :hap2:

i was joking at him i bet u cant play the chapathis :p

It played the worst scratched disk flawlessly. Was good :)
