Storage Solutions alarmingly low hdd speeds(for evry hdd)

here is my hdd config

1 X WD VELOCIRAPTOR(OS) 150GB
1 X WD CAVIAR BLACK 1TB
1 X WD CAVIAR GREEN 1TB
2 X SEAGATE 7200.12 500GB IN RAID 0

i ran hd tach on all of them n the figures are off. way off. 100mbps off for vr. 70mbps off for raid 0. 30mbps off for black. i dun care about the green one.

im running windows 7. rest of my config can be seen in my sigi.

What speeds are you comparing with? They look just fine.

look at this

both are in raid 0 with the same 2 seagate 7200.12 500gb sata drives. how is everything fine exactly?
