14k/Year for accidental damage protection. In which they replace whatever is blown/whole laptop within 3-4days time incase a call is raised.
 
Not sure, Need to check with dell...However Accidental warranty seems a logical choice as the 14k investment has its return in event of a crash.[DOUBLEPOST=1466510625][/DOUBLEPOST]Bump......
