CPU/Mobo Alternate MOBO for Intel DG35EC

Pl see my Rig.
Is it necessary to change my MOBO?(In other Forum some members told that the MOBO is bottlenecking the Quad Core CPU)
Now i have no issues with my rig.
Playing Games like Dirt2,Batman AA,Crysis and GTA IV.
If it is necessary to change the MOBO,which MOBO is best for me?
Budget:8k
Purpose:Gaming and Browsing(No Overclocking)
