Market Feedback Amarbir doesnt want to ship my product

I ordered 2 pairs of biflanges which i had to give it to a friend who is leaving the country on 19th .

Order date: 12th February

Promised shipping date by Amarbir: 15th February

Status: not shipped

He is not replying to mails,PM's nothing .Pathetic service .The first order with him went fine but this is a bummer .Amarbir if you are reading this please do not give stupid reasons saying i was not in town thats not my problem.When u have given a date to ship u need to do it no matter what but you are still the same(chatla hai attitude) :@:@

No use shipping the biflanges now as friend is leaving in less than 24 hours.Please refund my money and be ready to get a negative feedback.
 
^^ Yes, he does last I visited and the disclaimer is there for a reason. When people want something urgently, he does often promise to deliver within the specified time and he tries his best to do so. He had often procured and delivered me stuff on very short notices even when they are out of stock, but that is not always possible as there can be any number reasons that prevent the same and I perfectly understand the same. Common sense dictates that such verbal promises be treated as a promise that he will do his best to meet your timeliness and not as a commitment. His commitment is still to deliver in 15 days.
 
if 15 days shipping is his Max ETA, why should i order it from him ?, while i can order it cheaper and get it lesser than 15 days internationally

^^Indeed...no ones stopping you...right? Its an option you can always exercise.

Take for instance, eBay rules state that the seller has to ship an item within 10 days of the payment approval. The shipping time is over and above that. If you need something urgently and talk to the seller, he may often promise that they will deliver to you quickly and most often they do so. However it is still a promise and not a commitment. If for some reason he cannot stick your time lines, you cannot still give a neg rep to the seller even if the item reaches you very late as long as the seller has shipped the item with in the 10 day time limit that has been written down. You cannot do anything about it, but what you can choose is whether you want to use eBay or not. If you think you cannot take chances with a 10 day time limit, then you are free to go with some other option of your choice.

no one is forcing you to buy from Amarbir or any other dealer for that matter.

The mods have said this many times in many threads. The feedback section is for resolution between the dealer and the affected member. Please stay out of it if you do not have anything relevant to the problem being faced.

I'm not surprised by this. In fact Amarbir had to return some of my money as the product shipped was of lesser cost. I requested him to place a check inside the shipped product or do bank transfer but he didn't do both. Till date he owes me money. I don't think dealing with him is a good choice as you are not assured of what his response would be.
Also the product I got did not even work. But I did not ship it back as it was low value and shipping cost would be more.
 
I dont care he is in town or not .When i PMed him before & after the payment he told he will do it on 12th but he has vanished after that .I am not saying he has ran away with my money when he has given a time frame he needs to make sure that he meets it .

He is supposed to answer here coz the deal is in TE .

Ohk this is really getting sad now :(. Been a week since payment was made and still no update on shipping .And all those people trying to side Lynx by saying his rules or conditions state 15 days of time for shipping. The same was no where stated in the sale thread nor informed to me while placing order.

I have read about a dozen complaints about Lynx as well as some recent feedback stating they have imrpvoed their service . So before placing order I made sure they had the product in stock.

Also Mr.Amaribir had clearly mentioned in PM that the product will be shipped on 15th(Tuesday) and still there is no update :@.
 
Did he ask you to register in his forum for "added support" by any chance. If he did or does so by any chance (or if any dealers asks to do so), just put it up on the forums.

Sorccy one should be mad or a psycho to register in his forums .Have u ever gone there its full of retards.
 
@tiwari. I am sorry to hear your problem for your friend. Where do you stay? If your friend has not left the country, we could offer you silicon/foam tips free of cost. We have them in stock, you could collect them in person. You could get an appointment from sagar@pristinenote.com or in case you need it urgently you could also pick them up for free of cost from one of my dealers. I will compensate them in turn. We would have replied your thread but i only read it today. Hope your friend has a safe journey.
