Q : I Was Asked If I Have the Product In Stock

A : I Replied Yes ....

Q :Order Processing Delay

A : Order Was Placed On 15th and I Converted His Order From Pending stage to Awaiting Payment stage On 17th ,This Is Norrmal Time We Take to Process Orders Because On 15th It Was Placed After Office Hours And It Takes Me 24 to 48 Hours To Process Orders As i Have To Check Stock status Before That .

Dude i mean do u even proof read the stuff you write?

How can you tell a person you have a product in stock and then take 24-48 Hrs to check stock status? Shouldnt you first check Stock Status and then confirm it to the customer .. Isnt this exactly wat everyone in this thread is saying ..

previously (nearly 1.8 year back) he used to send the original invoice and now (from previous Year) he is sending only a XEROX copy of bill , they are without S/N of the item.In both cases , purchased item was WDC640 AAKS ... don know what is happening with him ... and as far as RESPECT for other DEALERS go > he is BAD , really BAD at it.

well if he will IMPROVE,he would be BENEFITED...otherwise there are Respected Dealers to deal with ... ITWARES,SMC,BUYGAMINGSTUFF,PHOENIX.

And recently i didn't purchased mine new PC components from him,due to NEGATIVE FEEDBACK posted here by many other TE members,and if there wasn't any,AMARBIR g,i wud had surely preferred u even if there were certain higher prices ...

and AMARBIR g remember : There were 99 Fuddu or 1 Gadhha...

Each Order Is With Two Invoices ,One Inside And One Outside ,the Original One Is Always Send And One Xerox Copy ,Ask Anyone they Get Two Invoices ,My Bills Are All Original With Serial numbers ,Paste The Bill Here And Proof It It did Not Have a Serial Numbers ,

Members : Harmandeep And Mohitpreet And Both From Batala And Both Are Good Friends ,As His Frind Is thrashing Me He Joins him To Beat Me ,Carry It On Boss ,You Have 1 More Frind Left Why Not Get Him Also In the Discussion ,Also The Thread Issue Should Be discussed Here Not Anything Else .When We Are Trading We Are Following That The Forum Is TElling Us ,Not What You Will Tell Me .

Sir sorry for the death of your BIL's FIL.You are got the whole thread and posts wrong again.No one is bashing you here.You have been a great dealer its just that your company rules are not working here on TE and delays in shipments .No one would for long time for their shipment to be delivered .In any business one should should give importance to customer's and provide them top notch customer service.If u attain this you will make profit automatically and people in forums will not bash you.I guess you have quite a few workers in you company who can take care of shipment delays .In case they are not capable of handling the same train them you will see the results yourself .

No one would accept the delays and the reasons as to why they were not shipped and why is that something or the other happens to your family members :S.I can understand the pain you are going through but keep it aside and do business.You been having bad day everyday .Try to take some time off from work go on a holiday,reduce your stress levels .Bingo you will rock once again as you were earlier.

I would request you personally to change the way you do business.Try to meet any good management consultant and he would help you at most in making your business right .All of us here feel that we are good businessmen but were not.One might say its good to learn from mistakes but you also need to make sure you never do the same mistake over and over again which ruins the reputation.

There is no use bashing up members with your answers.Once you change the way you do business everything will come your way.Do not try to make super normal profits you might end up in problems at the later stage.

@Amarbir: From what I see, most of the issues your customers are having are related to the stock status.

I have a simple solution for that. Why don't you simply add a stock status field in your product pages like with many other on-line e-com sites. Your guy can fill in the amount of stock available whenever a product is being added or new stock arrives for a existing product. You can get it coded such that whenever someone orders something, the stock status gets updated. So everyone has a live update of how much stock is available. They will also know when a product does not have immediate stock and needs to be back ordered in which case they can decide whether they want to order and wait for it or not. This will also save you the time wasted when people come quering you whether a perticular item is in stock.

No Dude.... BIL FIL is the father of the brother in LAW's wife...and brother in LAW's wife is not always ur sister.... BIL can also be ur wife's brother in which case Amarbir's statement is true

its a small family. This would mean amarbir's wife has a brother... So basically that amarbir's father in law has 2 children....

dude...how is 2 children a long family by any means:rofl::bleh:

Dude i mean how many of the married people go all the way to stop his/her business to go to see the Person who is father in law of your wife's brother's wife.

What i meant what his concern for the guy made him a family.

Time and again... Its not you mate. its the "way" you do stuff. You have a million pblms, yeas. so do others. Its something we cant do anything abt. But people are paying you money. When money comes the expectancy or the way people think are different. When people pay you for stuff, you are expected to be polite to us. If you think thats too much you are in the wrong business. Here you interact with people, so consider them too. You always talk like you only have the pblms. Kids who go to college and schools come here, join up and saw ur deals. They may ask their parents or brothers or sisters for money, they may lie too.. :), and when in those conditions these people expect immediate results. This may not be the case all the times..but just a example. Doesnt mean that bread earners who order from u are ready for waiting. No they are NOT.

No one has a pblm with you. I am sure. But we have every pblm with the way you deal with us. You have to change or you will hear this as long as u run ur business. The people from ur shop maybe easy to handle. but we are not. People in forums are the "enthusiasts" type. so the expectancy does take a toll...

and time and again..please dont make your pblms rub on others. Just keep your words after keeping them.

And yeas ALL your pblms are with items not in stock and ETA of stock. You claim to be no. 1 and your system is so weak. Why dont u take care of that?

If you think these are also personal.. ignore it. :)

I remember when i opened a thread...5 folks PMed abt his ordeal with them.. but they said not to post their name saying they cant buy stuff which are not available elsewhere or hard to get or low priced..even if they have to wait..

why do we have to register in that site .. always bothered me.

Honestly i believe that now most know we have to register through is forum, he can be whatever like here, dotn think he cares the feedback he gets here coz in the end people who needs stuff will get it from him. if someone wants something they will register in his site and everything.

I have been dealing with him before I joined TE. My experiences have been the similar. Initially it was shocking. I even put a comment to that effect in his forum. With the usual reply from him.

So I did a personal policy change when I wanted to buy things from him.
1. He is the last dealer in my agenda
2. Price difference should be sufficient to offset the risk borne by me for placing this order
3. If above two points are met, then I delay the order placement for couple of days just to really evaluate whether I need the item or want the item.
4. After that I place the order

He is not a cheat. He is unprofessional. But then, I believe, un-professionalism is a part of our Indian psyche and I am finding ways to live with it.

Start a New Thread and Tell Me The Order No And Let Me Tell you The Process Involved With Me .In Total 13 Orders Given By You And I Processed and Took Money For 8 And Delivered Then ,Rest Are Not Paid For Or Cancelled .LEt Me Handle This Gentlemen On His Thread ,you Have a Problem with any Of My Work you start Another Thread.
