A : I Replied Yes ....
Q :Order Processing Delay
A : Order Was Placed On 15th and I Converted His Order From Pending stage to Awaiting Payment stage On 17th ,This Is Norrmal Time We Take to Process Orders Because On 15th It Was Placed After Office Hours And It Takes Me 24 to 48 Hours To Process Orders As i Have To Check Stock status Before That .

No one would accept the delays and the reasons as to why they were not shipped and why is that something or the other happens to your family members :S.I can understand the pain you are going through but keep it aside and do business.You been having bad day everyday .Try to take some time off from work go on a holiday,reduce your stress levels .Bingo you will rock once again as you were earlier.
I would request you personally to change the way you do business.Try to meet any good management consultant and he would help you at most in making your business right .All of us here feel that we are good businessmen but were not.One might say its good to learn from mistakes but you also need to make sure you never do the same mistake over and over again which ruins the reputation.
There is no use bashing up members with your members.Once you change the way you do business everything will come your way.Do not try to make super normal profits you might end up in problems at the later stage.

I have a simple solution for that. Why don't you simply add a stock status ............... ..............come quering you whether a perticular item is in stock.

No Dude.... BIL FIL is the father of the brother in LAW's wife...and brother in LAW's wife is not always ur sister.... BIL can also be ur wife's brother in which case Amarbir's statement is true

I remember when i opened a thread...5 folks PMed abt his ordeal with them.. but they said not to post their name saying they cant buy stuff which are not available elsewhere or hard to get or low priced..even if they have to wait..
why do we have to register in that site .. always bothered me.
Honestly i believe that now most know we have to register through is forum, he can be whatever like here, dotn think he cares the feedback he gets here coz in the end people who needs stuff will get it from him. if someone wants something they will register in his site and everything.

So I did a personal policy change when I wanted to buy things from him.
1. He is the last dealer in my agenda
2. Price difference should be sufficient to offset the risk borne by me for placing this order
3. If above two points are met, then I delay the order placement for couple of days just to really evaluate whether I need the item or want the item.
4. After that I place the order
He is not a cheat. He is unprofessional. But then, I believe, un-professionalism is a part of our Indian psyche and I am finding ways to live with it.
