yes he called u a MF , but only after u said wat u know better,

AFAIK , acc to him he logged on to ur website and the first thing u say to him is : "YOU b@st@rd" without him saying anything

so he rightly called u a MF

So does that mean that I need to get only one WD hard drive from you to claim RMA to my older dead out-of-warranty WD hard drives of same quantity? Would you still get them RMA'ed? Afterall, you got nothing to "PROVE" that I did not get them from you!

OMG Amarbir u do not even know abt warranty WD gives International warranty on all its HDD's:rofl: all i had to do is request the transfer of warranty from India to NZ and they did that .I am telling you i have a bill lying next to me with out SN no and WD is not ready to provide RMA with out SN no.

So if I have a bill from a vendor, of 6 parts. Absolute no serial numbers. And one part is a Corsair unit. And it fails.

You are telling me, I can walk into the Corsair RMA unit, and on the basis of that invoice, I will be entertained for RMA. How will they relate their part to what I purchased/paid warranty for...? My a$$ will they call the retailer and ask the part number. Amarbir, we are all flabbergasted, just tell us (ME), why do you not put serial numbers on your invoices...?

u also spoke with me about the dealer thing(spoke about some dealer that the said dealer actually buys stuff from him and when i contacted the said dealer he laughes lols)

also for the record i did not buy anything from him but i wanted to sell him my iphone 3g phone but the deal couldnt go thru coz i wanted him to come to my house to check the phone in person as he was having some doubts about its condition

i have np with him but really feel sad he reacted in this way to this community on the whole

If You respect and treat others[specially your customers] well .. you will surely get them back as well ...

i mean how can he run such a big business without knowing the importance of customer satisfaction and his behavior towards them ??? ohh man .... somebody please teach him

We can teach some one who at least bothers to hear us forget listening .All the replies in this thread for his well being but he never card for them and he has QUIT.He was totally rude for calling members liar,morons and what not .A total unethical behavior from a old member of the forum.

Wow Amarbir you are rude!! Lucky for me i never had to deal with you.

I had pm'ed Amarbir regarding 60mm case fans, to which replied he might have them and i need to talk to live support on his site.

I never went to his site because when I pm you on TE, you should respond to the TE itself.

@mods : how is someone using such demeaning language being allowed to still post? It is just spoiling the repute of TE.

Frankly, he does business he earns and makes it look like an favour for us..

Only platform good enough to deal with him is ebay, cause untill the money reaches him, he's all polite and good...ebay ensures that he gives proper service else no money..

Too much business, workload, family, wat ever the reason, is his look out, ppl would even take that if he's polite, but this guys looks to dominate you left right and center..
He doesnt give you discount for waiting, nor does he try to make up for the lack of service..

Though that chat isnt clear the customer could hav easily been convinced, wat took the op into frustration is the domineering attitude..its clearly a mis understanding..

I agree.... I m an old member and this Amarbir fellow has rewritten all the laws of customer service and courtesy. He's outright rude and disgusting.... let alone horrible at phrasing a sentence and the formatting. People have the right to voice their displeasure over poor customer service and if Mr. Amarbir thinks he's being arm twisted...... he's a blind idi0t!! It's high time...& the mods plz take note of this. His continued membership of TE will be a headache for all of us. As he's willing to give his "resignation", let us show maturity and "KICK HIM OUT". It's my money and I want to be treated nicely if I am paying! plain n simple...if I have to take BS frm someone for that....... He should just SOD OFF!!

Well i feel the problem is he is making super normal profits at this stage .If one has dealt with him they will never return back to him at any cost .He doesn't realize what is word of mouth!!,it can impact a lot on his business.He takes things too personal,he not able to balance between family and business.I still wonder how come his one or the other of his family members fall sick when ever there is a thread against him :S.Guess he has a very big family.

@Mods please act fast ,close this thread and Ban Amarbir for his unethical behavior in the thread .It is totally against TE rules for him to post like that like that.

i understand that not many are trying to make fun of him but yah if u ask him they are just using the situation to get there anger out (maybe coz of him or coz of other issues)

1 for one think that he was good and he even gave me an offer to exchange my iphone with some gpu to which when i asked and consulted some frnds and my elder bro he told me to actually make seperate deals as in selling the phone should be kept buying the card

he actually was very helpfull and wanted to buy the phone but due to some condtitions kept by me which were to come home and check or send any1 to check the phone and make the payment was not going ok with him as i understand he is a very busy man so he cant possibly come

i think his problem is not TE community or any1 else its just that he is not looking at the bigger picture here

paaji iam a very young bussinessman (24) and i know talking rudely to people or maybe acting like u dont need them or anything else may sound the immediate remedy but later on u will realise the things u have missed coz of this very step

i as a younger bro to u wanna tell u to plz dont consider this community agaisnt u but with u coz we feel ur part of this community so we are telling u what we feel about u so u can change a bit to meet our needs.not to show ur bad or anything

i would not say that u should stay or go thats ur bussiness decision which i think ur clever enough to take but i relaly dont think going like this u will feel good coz basically ur running from a situatuion which isnt even there

all the community is asking for is some management and some info readily available for them.instead of saying yah ok i get it i will work at it u are actually accusing every1 that u are bieng pinned and all which really makes me sad

just to add something that i really respect that u have so many orders and i really hope u get more and more but all the time saying i have more orders to fill and dealers here dont even make those orders together is a bit of ego i would say

This point is to do with the fiio amplifier.

On his website it clearly shows that the amp comes for extra with the RE0 but its free with the RE2.

However, you were told by his staff that you could get it free so what happens in this case ?

ISP's are infamous for telling ppl things that their company cannot provide and when you challenge them later, they point to the site and say the person was wrong or other. Take it or leave it iow.

So a company can you promise you stuff effectively to make a deal and not be held accountable to it later.

Who is in the wrong here ?
The company whose staff makes a mistake or the customer for not reading elsewhere that this was not the case.
