u are a bit more of a dealer but...

i had many instances of dealing with KMD, Rahul....
they also have a huge number of ppl buyin stuff thru them.. but u shud learn from them how they take issues in hand just to sort out the inconvinience of a customer/consumer.

AFAIK....
if i had the rites to appoint dealers in TE... i wont permit u for even 24k.

Exactly ,
Same True For Me If I Was At the Place And You Were Having to deal Understand .So Thats a Useless Point To discuss .Even Rahul Had a Issue With the staff ,Everyone can have a issue once in a while what matters is that was the issue relevent in this case its useless .
 
What a useless piece of crap this thread is. dingemini312 if you dont like something about the dealer then dont deal with him PERIOD. This thread is without foundation, if you have something other than "this member is rude" then please post.

This seems more like a personal fight or something you guys should sort out yourself. What a waste.

exactly when i told him in pm i will not like to deal with him cos i was the one who thought he is rude i canceled my deal with him ,Simple .He is just dragging and dragging it ,And if He thinks that he can keep posting something against me for no reason he is highly mistaken .I will Reply Back To him Definately Cos The Base of his discussion is useless and full of nonesense .

Oh Boy! I guess the problem is that Amarbir is not so used to forum lingo where casual language between people of all ages is common.

IMO Amarbir is not all that friendly from the convo posted... Atleast his approach is different from what customers expect.

But, I think once a guy registers as a dealer and pays to do business here, we cant patronize him unless he does something unethical.
 
I purchase 1 convertor from him and he sent it promptly on the next day of payment, we have also discussed about some of my products which is for sale, he spoked very nicely. I don't feel anything wrong with him.

dingemini312: Its always better to be registered on the site if you are buying something of it, that way Amarbir can have his website updated with you purchases, bill, warranty status, shipping details. so that when you call him up for your tracking information he can have it handed over to you within few clicks, where else he would have been putting you on hold, to search for his docket numbers, which trust me is very irritating.

Also regarding that Rs.12000.00 mein dugna profit,

Bottom line, all the dealers here are to earn a profit, which frankly justifies paying TE for it Dealer Membership charges. But yes I wish considering that we are from TE which in itself is a guarantee regarding our Genuinity, he would have despatch your/our/mine items on the day of placement of order, but everyone has a diffrent policy, not a serious issues.

Regarding on your fustration with payment transfer, it not entirely on him to suggest how to make the transfer,Iif incase anything goes wrong it will you who will be blaming him, if upto you to make sure that payment reaches his account, considering that he has number of other customer to deal with, which I am sure take a lot of his time.

Also regarding Display of Banking Details on his website, tell me frankly did you find it so difficult to search it???

A good website, display is products first, information, & last the transaction account,

Just Imagine IC*** Bank displaying Hidden charges on its front page.

Also I guess the problem is that Amarbir is not so used to forum lingo where casual language between people of all ages is common, as per the age thing Amarbir, This is a forum where the age gap is not an criteria, where members of all forum are considered one regardless of the age gap, the best example is laid by none other then Mr.Vivek Panjabi whom you admire yourself.

BTW, a dealer has the right to sell you the product or not sell it. I personally would not do a sale with a member with a tarnished reputation ( not directed towards dinesh, but in general)
