#ryanrulez4ever agree with you on all counts. Any company trying to provide that kind of service in India would be brought down to their knees by the customer. But I think a few online retailers in India are also taking customer care seriously.

i returned three kindles to amazon, one opened and 2 unopened, all within the 30 day window, and guess what! they refunded to me in full all 3 transaction amounts!

Even the physical stores accept such returns without asking any questions. I dont think this kind of support/service will ever come to India.
