Amazon app 4 Wheeler Car insurance and KYC how to?

After paying for car insurance (3rd party) in Amazon, after payment it is saying KYC is needed. The problem is, we have a used car (We still did not change the original owner info), I am confused on who is doing the KYC? Do we need like video KYC etc.?
Else it will just be easier to do offline after asking her the xerox of adaar and whatnots.

TLDR; what is the process of buying insurance from Amazon and do KYC in 4 wheeler which we bought from another individual and still have not changed the owner.

You are not the owner. Only the owner can buy insurance. Otherwise, anyone could insure Ambani's Lambo and break it or steal it and collect insurance payout.
