Many discrepancies related to specifications on both Flipkart and Amazon; customer should be allowed a refund in such cases without a question.
It amounts to cheating the customer, there wouldn't be much difference between Amazon and eBay in this case.
Online marketplaces need to be much more responsible coz, only the customer's money is real, rest everything is virtual ; until the product reaches the customer.
