it must be recertified drive with 1warranty max acc to price...bcz new 5yr warranty comes for 5.5-6k

Nope it's a brand new drive as per the description too it is listed as 5 yrs warranty.
If it's refurbished as per amazon policy you can't Write as "new".
Tomo most probably will get the drive, if the warranty is less than 5 years, i will return it

Yes, the day amazon launched the drive fk on the same night was out of stock.
