Now at 6k with 25% off.
Yes for me showing as ₹3499 while checkout after all coupons and prime deals
I guess the 25% is calculated on regular price of 9999 and subtracted from prime deal of 5999

Now that is really interesting — presumably anything that had a coupon before a sale would get the discount on the original price, even if the price is lowered during a sale.

I've been going into debt for over 20 years with Amazon sales and this is the first time I've seen this, coupons are relatively new to Amazon.

Going into debt?? Also amazon launched in India in 2013 so how come 20 years.
OP maybe is speaking about Amazon US.
And regarding these coupons even Flipkart should also offer such things.
Paytm cashback is very less while phone pe is good but it's coupons are mostly useless because we don't many of them. So I gift them to my relatives and friends.
And Redbus gives good discounts like Groupdeal etc

One has to search for coupon codes from coupon Dunia and get discounts.
My kid and wifey taught me this.

As in spending more money than what is fiscally responsible. My 'net worth' has never been positive for as long as I can remember.

My first purchase on Amazon was on the US store for a 120GB Western Digital hard drive that I had shipped internationally (not to India) in 2002. Before that, I had purchased cooling accessories from places like 2cooltek.com and coolerguys.com for my Pentium 3 Slot 1 system. The internet was much smaller in those days and international airmail was/still is surprisingly very reliable.

How do you figure out if the price is inflated by 5-7k, I mean from where do you do this price comparison? From local stores or by looking at some website?

The deal looks very attractive because of bigger discount figure, but in reality the discount might be a trap!
from last 20 days I was looking for a TV and Mi 4x 50 inch was available for 25500 with card discounts nd most of 43 inch 4k were around 22000 with card discounts which are now at premium of 5000

why you calling monitor shitty for op's mistake lol, the monitor is decent, fhd panel for 5-6k is a good deal
TN, 200 nits garbage panel. For about 1-2K more you can get IPS panels.

Also, just look at the reviews.

On a separate note, Let me know if anyone wants this shipped to their address

It used to be quite good before crucial pulled the infamous "bait & switch" after which its newer versions are inferior to even good sata ssd like crucial mx500 & samsung evo 860. Just think of it as dram less sata ssd equivalent to crucial bx500 with some good speed boosts sometimes & at least you won't be disappointed.
Thanks for saving me from this , any suggestions in 2 TB SSD or m.2 ? in the range of 11-14k ?

In this range you will get only dram less ssd performance unless able to snatch the deal of crucial MX500 1TB selling for 5200 after card discount & grab 2 of them.
Does DRAM less SSD make a difference in day to day activities if one does not copy large amount of data regularly?

How much does HMB help?

Does this mean that MX500 (with DRAM) which is limited to 500-600MBps is better than Crucial P2 (without DRAM) which has sequential read/write speeds around 2000MBps?

TIA
