I bought 2 monitors on 21st Oct and order p-slip has serial number of both.

Yes, from experience. Twice. Once had wrong serial number, less than a week (I think 3 working days) and once serial number was missing (2 days).

Yes..I believe.
What happens is once that subscription ends and you don't renew it.
Microsoft gives you a while (30 days I think)to download your files and end your account but you will not be able to upload anything.
During that time just activate it as personal account.
