Are they removing the serial number from the PSlip after some time ?

I think he meant that recent purchases are missing the serial but older ones do.

No, only my most recent order doesn't have Serial mentioned anywhere at all. Same thing reported by another forum member:

Older order P-slips still show the respective serials as shown in previous screenshot:

I bought 2 monitors on 21st Oct and order p-slip has serial number of both.

Yes, from experience. Twice. Once had wrong serial number, less than a week (I think 3 working days) and once serial number was missing (2 days).

Yes..I believe.
What happens is once that subscription ends and you don't renew it.
Microsoft gives you a while (30 days I think)to download your files and end your account but you will not be able to upload anything.
During that time just activate it as personal account.
