Just dont buy this and help your body. This is one of the most pathetic chair in terms of ergonomics. All the people who buy or review is 20s young ppl who doesnt understand future complications or use it for an year

Well, nearly all gaming chairs are ergonomically poor. People who purchase them indeed don't pay any attention to the long term impact of poor ergonomics. Any ergonomic office chair is miles better.
Could you pls suggest one such? Most prefer slim profile and not hunky looking.
