If u can spend 6k on cpu then you should go for core i3 2100.It'll beat phenom x4 in gaming and editing work.

Im under the same dilemma and am tempted to try my luck with the Phenom II 555 Black edition at the same price of the Athlon II X4 and try to unlock the two extra cores.
I know why you're going for the Corsair HX 650W bruv, your secrets are safe with me .preet27 said:Thanks for the reply, i have already ordered the corsair HX650w PSU, so don't think i need to worry about the power and wattage, since this is going be a single GPU system, i know the PSU is a huge overkill for this system, but i have other reasons for buying it which i don't want to go into right now
Coming to Gigabyte GA-880GM-UD2H, if i am not wrong, in the PC buying thread the OP has posted the price for this same board as 3900/-, maybe the prices have increased over the past 2 months and the thread hasn't been updated since Feb, so i could be wrong here.
I am a bit concerned about overclocking it, with the phenom being a BE i know it's going to be easy to overclock without all the hassles of FSB, but a lot depends on the motherboard as well, do u think the Gigabyte GA-880GM-UD2H would be able to bear it all, since i am not going for a water cooled system ATM, and it is going to be air cooled, but adequately air cooled since i am opting for a high end cabinet for this.
Sorry bruv very hard to find, tried to get it yesterday but as usual heard the oft-repeated tack -- "Sir out of stock."zktel said:but nw 880GMA Ud2h is difficult to find

Where i wil get dis mobo
