Please post a snap of the cabinet internals with that slip of paper, that shows the motherboard. As for the processor, a CPU-Z screenshot should suffice. Besides, the date on that slip mentions 17 April and you've posted the sale thread today. Rules do permit a slight delay in posting the thread but not 8 days. Please post fresh snaps.

i have posted the cabinet internal and cpu-z shots.delay was due to some error in the internet and not being able to upload.

as for the date i had taken the pics on that day but couldn't make a thread here due to some problem so the delay.i have attached the pics of 19|04|2012.hope that shorts down the delay.i will update the pics if required.

However there wasn't any need of physically removing the CPU from the socket from the snap. Glad that you've done it regardless.
 
afaik no it wont work with dedicated gpu.as my graphic card got faulted 5-6days before the mobo.it could be problem of the gc though but i am guessing it was due to mobo.but i am not sure.
