^^ What all has to be submitted for RMAing AMD Cpus ? Only the CPU or the CPU + heatsink +box ? My dealer told me only CPU is good enough !

PACKAGING INSTRUCTIONS

· Place the processor in an antistatic bag (to avoid exposure to

Electrostatic Discharge)

· Wrap with bubble wrap to protect the pins from damage during

shipping

· Box securely to prevent any shifting during shipment.

· Heat sink and Fan are required and must be included in the package

· Label box with RMA#, OPN and quantity

i gave my cpu+heatsink+box to accel frontline nehru place

and they had packed and shipped it to the Bangalore
