Zebronics is not bad but the others are definitely better. Plus you intend to keep system for a good 5 years so you need something with tank like build and reliability.

Chennai is decently priced for electronics, so I dont think you will overshoot the budget by more than a couple grands.
 
Like the others have mentioned Zebronics is not a good option if you are keeping the rig for like 5 years, try to find out about the FSP Saga and Blue Storm II series SMPS, personally would recommend you the FSP Blue Storm II 500W as it is cheaper than most other comparable quality SMPS(s), but has high standards and is capable of pulling this system easily. Last time I checked it was for 3K in Hyderabad, no clue about price currently, bru. This review might help
