But if you overclock a 965 by 600mhz like you did then it would 4Ghz.

higher stock clocks always dun mean higher overclocking limits. Its better suited for those who dun wanna oc and want premium performance.

Tested it. It's a very good chip. Slightly hotter running than what is comfortable and disproportionately hotter than the 955BE for some reason.

AMD's doesn't want to take leap further. They're just taking one step at a time. Intel's i5's are already owning P II on the benchmarks.
