5670 price may go down as this is cooler and better performer

It stands nowhere near 5770. Check reviews again. A 5770 or just 20$ more makes more sense. Power consumption and size are only plus for this card. It looks like a replacement for HD 5670, and beats it my small margin in all benches but 25$ costlier than it.

those are what makes this card, size, htpc, low power

power consumption is nearly half, performance isn't... great performance per watt I must say.
