Doesn't things work differently for resellers?

Here I believe we are open to sell bulk units, sell / resell, no mandatory needs for product ownership images (as it's not supposed that I'm selling my personal / own item), and no needs of absolute details upon the point of sale.
It's an open place for resellers to list their items and freely sell it off.

(Here the item is totally mine, along with bill image attached)

I've seen many such posts already up and active on the resellers and direct deals section.

This is dealers paradise, so it's mainly for resellers and bulk sales.
And yes it's impossible for a seller to sit for individual photos of individual items.

Ryzen 4th gen only comes as OEM as there are no retail units for them.

I think those people are mistaking it to be the 5600GT, and not the 5600T.

The GT is an inferior chip vs the 5600.

I need the 4350g or 4650g for ecc ram support.. but im not looking for it seriously, like if i get it i will buy otherwise not so much. Also the power efficiency is better on OEM apus as i have seen reviews here and there.. 5350g or 5650g is also fine.. my budget is not much its max 8-9k
