hi guys!

i think my sony amplifier has gone kaput..the speakers are okay though. is there a possibility to connect my speakers to any amp..and if yes..could u please suggest some..budget would be 10-12 k. and my system is a 5.1 one.

thanks

If you have the manual please post the speaker ratings here.
Impedance = ?
Power Needed = ?

That way it'll be easier to look for a reciever (If at all possible) for those speakers.
At first thought you could do well with a 10- 11 K Harman Kardon AVR 133

hi thanks for the reply ...and i am not able to locate the manual ...even tried the support i think they have discontinued the model.

Better to buy a HT package Onkyo/Sony/Philips and the likes. Under 20k there are many options to choose from.
