1.Is the Line Out signal (Red and White Jack) from back side of the E9 deliver the amplified signal ? I mean from those output sound can be adjust by using volume control dial from E9 ?

2.In the 1st pic is that plastic stuff is Indian Plug ?

1. no its not amplified and it can't be adjusted by volume control dial. but ofcource you can use suitable wire and use front 3.5mm jack.

2. yeah since the adapter is not made for indian plugs they(fiio) have also included the converter.
 
Dude Lynx sells the pl50 for 1.7k and you are asking 2k for your used pair and that too without warranty.

Even though you bought it at a higher pricing, you should take in mind the current rate of a new pair.
