Kanban works great for sure. @stormer , @Rahul++ and I have Been using Trello (A highly customizable kanban style board) successfully for the past year or so. Its just fabulous. Give it a try, their device experience and apps are just fabulous too. http://www.trello.com

Trello is really amazing too like @sarang said. There are extensions for chrome that also let you customize its looks and another to even print your boards for offline use
