An IEM with clarity under Rs.500

Hi
One of my friends is looking for an iem, preferably from Sony. His likings- should be clear(atleast like the cowon earphones provided with the J3. They have awesome clarity), good treble, mids and not too boomy bass.
Any suggestions?
 
Take the Soundmagic PL11 ... eyes closed. They're better than the other two (JVC FX34 and Creative EP630) by a mile if you don't count bass. There aren't any good Sony iems under 500, wait a sec ... are there any Sony IEMs under 500 lol?

Not really, the EP630 is more like that.

Absolutely not. Sony Ericsson IEMs are 800+ and they're not comparable to the Soundmagic PL11.
