Guys, I agree to that one month thingy, but when I am providing proof that all those problems pre-existed why am I being blamed?

I don't think half of the guys dealing in cellphones ask if the phone as ever been dropped or has water marks or has a dead pixel or maybe they do. But I am not half as culprit as that guy is when I have proven that :(.

That Kid has already said he isn't going to refund and I am not looking forward to it either anymore because I know he is shit like that. Also I am asking if the negative rating he gave is justified?

The conditon was mentioned as good except the scratch on buttons - tell me i didnt mention it. I did however miss a 1 mm scratch on top right - i admit . my bad...

Clearly he opened the phone and it broke. Now he wants a refund. Clearly visible that the phone is in perfect shape.

I sold him the phone ONE MONTH AGO. He broke it. Who the hell keeps it for a month if there was a problem? Even if his friend had the phone - HOW CAN SOMEONE MISS A BAD PIXEL and WATER MARKS WHICH YOU CLAIM ARE THERE ? Default screen is his excuse . Tell me she never opened the menu . Everybody can notice a screen flicker buddy.

And compare the pictures yourself - See the differene between dirt marks and bad pixels is that - DIRT MARKS DID NOT GLOW ! You want me to encircle that picture on different places i can do it myself . There are tons of dirt particles similar to the one you encircled.

On top of that two days ago he accuses me of opening it . When i blame him he says it cannot be opened. WTF ?

As far as me deleting the info from my thread - I always do it - ALWAYS . So no more people find my unclosed threads and ask me about the products.

I dont knw. i have always done this AFTER the goods are delivered so no one else floods my inbox. Its a habit and on other forums too. Sometimes my threads are not closed by the mods here so i did it.

In first pic its there and can clearly be seen, compare it with the photos that I just posted.



In the second pic its not visible possibly cause its cover under the whitish section in the center of the gray. Buddy if picture isn't much clear and was clicked that way that doesn't make you safe. You lied, made a mistake and 2/3 pics do show it.

Again the same shit? That scratch doesn't seem to be possible so I thought maybe you opened it and theres where all those marks and scratch came from. I later checked it outline and I have posted that same link 100 times, will post it again. You can say it was a tiny 0.005 mm scratch and that won't make any difference. It was in this same very condition when received and is now.

Luckily I had a proof of you agreeing on that scratch else now you won't even accept that.

Don't worry thats not the point, the point is thats a wrong habit if you have been doing that since long its wrong if you did for this very deal it still is wrong. Instead you can just add " SOLD " word in highlighted letters, that does the job.
I ended the argument with you on trading feedback rating page, you posted something today I got notifications but I am now pissed off and tired of you defending yourself like. You know you are not going to refund and keep defending yourself and I have got a life to live. I just wanted to warn other members who will deal with you in future to check everything in advance and sort everything out before they get cheated.

Also I want to appeal against the negative feedback that you left, as a seller your made a mistake, agreed on it and now moving from your point and soon you will say you didn't even sell it to me and when I rated you for your mistake to take revenge you in turn give me negative feedback? ^you will need to mind your language and in english.

and most importantly, i will have to applaud for identifying and encircling a dead pixel over a display in OFF state.

you can encircle that specific area as you were looking only to that specific area, look around and you willl find 100s of similar spot in that same pic...basically on any non-virgin display in OFF state.
 
I think this problem is pretty balanced at 50:50. Nish for not being 100% transparent and Chaztin for taking the sale lightly and checking the phone 1 month later.

IMO the easiest way to solve this is Nish pay Chaztin a (SMALL) amount for the damages and Chaztin keep the phone.

That or I even suggested deduct a thousand or two if you want to or even more and we can solve it like a gentleman but he kept saying its 1 month old you ruined it and now I am not going to take it back.

2. you wanted the phone to be delivered asap and asked me to dispatch on saturday or monday it was.i don't remember. After that you told me you transferred 5k to my account and rest after your phone is sold. I told you i need the money by thursday evening. Not asap. I'm pretty sure the phone was delivered by then.

Just trying to put forward a reasonable argument on the pics you showed dead pixel with...on a display in off state.!!

A dead pixel is defined as a pixel stuck in one state..either completely lit or completely off. Over a display in off state, all pixels are in off state.

Dead pixel is not literally and physically dead over the display grid to identify and mark it down when the display is off.

I wont say i can understand how it feels, this is a feedback thread and not a consolation one. Apparently people have disagreement on believing either of you based on what is currently projected. So thus trying to take this with an unbiased approach (which one can not unless is biased to feel the pain)

Don't take this the wrong way. Your rage is understandable but any insult is going damage your stand more and then people will start taking you less seriously. Be civil and upto your point; that is all it takes.

Abuse is not going to get you anything, start looking at it objectively.

1. Dead pixel are random to predict. Not something one would induce. If not pre-sale then post sale; one would have to live with it. Pics provided by seller don't clarify it's existence (but the pics posted by you do...but that is quiet not convincing enough to know whether it was the condition when you receiver it)

2. Scratches are fault from seller's side. His argument is that he forgot to mention and yours is that he is lying. Neither has a direction, so try to figure out one. If seller can accept this as his fault then he would also be willing to compensate.

3. About the watermarks. I'm stick not sure what you are pointing at. perhaps a pic marking them would help. Couldn't notice one in any of the pics.

Ya you are right, but the way this guy has been aggravating that " THIS GUY SPOILED THE PHONE AND AFTER A MONTH HE THINKS WHY NOT GET REFUND " does make me angry at him and then he keeps pointing out small points that he knows he is wrong and keeps blaming me for that.

About the pixel, I am not much aware about these things, but yes, yesterday I searched and found out that its not dead pixel, but a stuck pixel although I am still not very sure whats the difference between them and I didn't knew if in off state it would exist or not, so if in the off state the isn't there that would be wrongly pointed out by me, but in another picture that can clearly be seen and no one can deny that.

About compensation bro you can check not even once Nishant has talked about it, so he is way to adamant on his lies.

Was the phone packed well upon receipt? Could it also be that the courier goofed up? I ain't takin' sides, but just a thought. I'm givin' 'em both the benefit of doubt.
 
no i packed it in bubble wrap - the big pink one and if the phone was messed up - he or his friend would have pointed it upon receiving it :(

Nope, it was packed very well with proper bubble wrap.

Although another point to be mentioned is its not in its original box. Its in box of some other White coloured Xperia :S.

there are ways to rectify a stuck pixel.

you can try. Most are meant for trying on a pc.

but you have an android and market search for 'dead pixel' reveals alot of apps to find and fix them. trying can help. Try applying slight pressure on that pixel area while running test.
 
Its possible that it might come in white box, but on this box itself it says " White X10 " in contents, but forget it thats no point to be discussed.

PS. But that proves nothing nish. You were saying " I am so great that I shipped it before you paid to me, if anything was wrong I wouldn't " that was just a reply to that.
 
hell no... The box is of that phone itself and the IMEI number is up there. Match it.

The box says X10 A or I .whichever it is .

This was the first thing YOU asked me when purchasing it . I told you the phone comes in its original box . Should i put that pm as well ?
