So not exactly his fault either....

And still you kept the thread title on the start as "Beware of nish_higher (aka cheat)"? I am happy the problem is resolved but people need to stop putting up such thread titles. You're not the first person who is doing and unfortunately this is becoming more of a trend. Next time, I am sure people would appreciate using a more suitable title before calling anyone as a cheat before getting things resolved. I am sure you wouldn't like it if you were in his place .

@waseem46---Its not a small amount.....Rs 1900....open a new thread and make sure you make chaztin to pay up the amount within a week. Even after u posted here.....he seemed to have ignored it....open a new thread asap

@Everyone, I wouldn't like to give him a " cheat " title as well, but duly note that if you are writing that without reading the whole thread then I am sorry but you are wrong. I had been cheated and so I reported it and if someone else is cheated I don't think there is any problem with calling that person a " cheat ".

I found out some major problems with the phone, I tried clarifying that with the seller, he didn't agree back then and instead put blame on me for the same and ended the issue from his side and I was cheated this way so that " cheat " word was used. I hope that clarifies it. I don't know if it applies on other such threads but here it does.

But I am glad he clarified it out and everything came out clean and he wasn't at fault so the thread title was changed.

@Supra, you don't know a thing about it , either you are his friend or himself, btw it wasn't a TP deal anyways none of his words were ignored, I have msgd him on Yahoo Msgr.
