Hi All, I want to purchase an Android phone with Android 11 installed. Are Android 11 phones available for purchase here in India? Either online or in a store. Thanks. Cheers.

Looking for a list will post if i find. Providing update Six years after launch... Wow @ android ... Haha @ apple

Just an exception. They dropped support for my Dad's One Plus 3T on exact date three years from launch. No updates since a year now. Same for other one plus devices too. Apple is still giving security updates for my ancient iPhone 6 Plus.

Which have made the iPhone unusable. Apple is settling lawsuits trying to burry it even now after paying billions

Just like the fanboy argument "most users or better 99% users don't care about xyz feature"... "most users don't care or use the same phone after 3 years"... So 3 should be sufficient for 99% of users...

I'm now setting up my Galaxy A71. The skin seems fine; not that much different than stock Android. And it has some features I like over stock Android. But of course I don't like the Samsung marketing pushes and preinstalled crap. A small price to pay IMHO. The screen is simply amazing compared to all the other phones I've owned.

So did one plus get updates from manufacturer or 3rd party official lineage os ?
As many other phones get 3rd lineage os official os .
Just realized this is a 3rd party LineageOS Update. Not official update. OnePlus phones suck big time. They messed up Qualcomm's boot loader like most android manufacturers. I only have respect for Google in Android Phones as they are the only one who does not bloat the phone and step up on security every iteration.

The article I quoted is incorrect. It is about 3rd party lineage support, which though technically an update, wont be an OTA update for a typical user.

Have read google has pledged to a 4 year update recently and Samsung has done that for 3 years

My experience with official cyanogen and lineage updates on many phones made them unsuitable for daily official use . Enthusiasts may like to use it . Always switched back to stock in all my phones which had official lineage os support.
Too many bugs for being a daily driver for office use .
