Android phone immediately by Saturday 29/10. Please look at the requirements

My cousin is looking for an Android phone. He is in chennai. Any chennai TE members that are willing to sell their Android phone, please PM me immediately. Looking to buy by Saturday 29/10. He is not interested in shipping. Only local deals. He wants to meet up and buy.

Here are his requirements:

1) Has to be an Android phone running atleast Froyo or higher

2) Screen has to be atleast 3.7 inches or higher

3) Must have atleast 1 Ghz processor

4) Budget - upto 18k

5) Phone must be in New or in excellent condition

Please PM me immediately so that I can pass it on to him.
 
18K ? Any specific reason for not buying it from a store.
Many phones would satisfy that requirement and the budget as well.

LG/Samsung/HTC all have phones in that range and fulfilling those requirements.

EDIT: It would make sense to buy a dual core Android for 18K from a TE user
 
Actually my cousin went to store and it seems the price is not good at stores. He saw Galaxy S priced at 22k at stores, Desire S priced at 24k and even LG Optimus Black at 20k. Do you recommend any place for him to get phones at the given budget range? He is primarily looking for those models especially Galaxy S. Thank you.
