Android Phone wid good camera

please suggest me a good android (froyo) phone dat has at least 5 MP autofocus cam (pref wid flash)....3'' touchscreen...budget is around 15k which can be stretched a bit....

5mp cam in 15k....nly wildfire i dun like its screen...better get motorla defy @ 18k wait for price drop ... i hope der will be drop when samsung releases its model's

hey.....i can stretch the budget to 18k ...but is defy good....cause ive heard Motorola's have bad UI.....and wen is samsung coming out wid new models..?
