Android Tab with SIM

Searching for Android Tab since long....:lemmings:

Main Purpose-Education, High End games, Movie(HD) & surfing at home and in travelling


  • Good Capacitive HD/TFT touch screen
  • Very much inclined to 10/9 inch screen but can compromise 7"also if worth option not available.
  • Android ICS/JB
  • Connectivity - Wifi (BSNL Broadband at home) and 2G/3G SIM for fast browsing. Dongle is not in mind.
  • Calling facility - Yes
  • Good front Video Camera for GTalk, skype
  • Education purpose
  • Long battery back up with HDMI

I have visited few local shops and found most of MMX Funbook & Karbonn everywhere with few in HCL, LAVA but without SIM. Also had news on Lenovo new launching but not found offline/online. a

Read lots of post on VeeDee, Wammy & Ainol but not sure on with SIM CARD option. Also not heard about ASS and their network in India:confused1:. Budget is not a constraint but not like to spent too much bucks like Apple/Nexus tag. Comfortable to spare up to 12k.

Check the Zync Z1000 though it is practically out of stock everywhere. If you do find it locally, grab it without a second thought. It fits your bill perfectly.

Hello TE, no anw!!.... anyone!!....

Z-1000 is out of stock since last week.... wish to buy immediately... any other option..

I thought you were going for a Playbook. What happened?

Go for a tablet with good ROM support, say Ainol. Stock ROMs are usually bloated. As for ASS, in Mumbai, for both Karbonn and Micromax, it sucks. There are only two ASSC for all of BOM!
 
^^ Ainol: good review but no idea on ASS. Playbook idea dropped as spending too much bucks just for gaming & entertainment is not wise..
