Well i m from prepaid breed

Well i was on their plan where i used to do easy recharge of 31 or 33.....no talktime but all my local calls rate used to be 60 paise per minute for 30 days

which means i used to pay 1 rs per day for the facility....

Now after really long time my balance has gone low...23 buks right now.....

Also wish to point earlier when my 30 days used to get over....since i m not that mobile usage heavy guy..i used to renew the plan say abt a week later from last expiry

First without my knowledge they made it a permanent plan...which means as soon as the plan completes it gets auto recharge....on 31st day and money goes..without my knowledge when the plan actually expired..

I also dont know they started this trick in middle only say 15th day they started charging a rupees a day from earlier easy recharge for this plan

Now comes the point....it went on for 2 months..suddenly yesterday i get a message that i m on this plan where 1 Rs is deducted and call rates 60 paise..if want to unsubscribe...blah blah blah

Now when i see their site ...they have discontinued the plan...or in sense rephrase it.....like the same plan with validity 60 days.......which means that the plan is available for ard 55 paise daily charge(16.5 rs per month)... which they didnt inform me...and i m being charged according to their profit logic.....

Isnt it compulsory for them to inform or discontinue my plan all together so that atleast i ask abt it or get to know abt it...that it has been discontinued

I dont know frm how many days this stuff came into being.....Now when my balance is low and surfing i came to know.....

....and i m not that heavy usage guy so every buk matters for me

That's why you should take BSNL.

My father has been using BSNL for the last 5 years and he never had to face any kind of problem. Once they deducted more money than what shoulsd have had been taken(Server maintenance at BSNL was taking place at that time) but they refunded the money in one day(We did not even lodge a complaint).

Here BSNL partner MTNL works...and they dont have any cheap plans...no full talktime stuff and all

vodafone is the best. cleaner than any1

even i shifted from airtel after i was cheated by their call center employees.

i have like 1400 mins local calling every month.

MTNL is best. I agree they are a bit more expensive than BSNL, but they dont cheat you. Vodafone n Airtel regularly cheat you. 55 Second calls are automatically shown as 1:02 calls in order to charge more.

Airtel is hitting bottom in customer service and quality. They were excellent earlier but now they suck big time.

recently switched to vodafone and I am satisfied customer now..

Airtel is hitting bottom in customer service and quality. they were good eariler now they su.....ks big time

LOOP Mobile rocks, free minutes, free sms, free clip, free caller tunes, free call conference, Unlimited GPRS @ 499, and best: low call rates.

go for vodafone.

i am satisfied since like 8 months now.BEST RECEPTION AND CLEAN SERVICE.

airtel is the worst. take my word.

HATE U AIRTEL.

Just because it works well for you doesn't mean its the best. In Chennai Vodafone used to be so crappy for 6-8 months right after it took over from Hutch, you'll have to make a call at least 5 times to get through. Where as Airtel has flawless reception and coverage in and around Chennai.

But yea, I do agree Airtel changes its plans without prior information to the customers. I myself am a prepaid customer for almost 4 years now, and the only reason I continue is cause I get to make local calls to 3 numbers @ 20p/min. In most cases, we really can do nothing about it.

airtel is indeed like this. they even cheated me refusing to disconnect my service and kept on sending me bills for 7 months. imagine how much money they earned from me.

Aaahh...some are good in some regions some are not. There aint a a single provider that provides everything a customer wud need.

This is precsely the reason i switched to postpaid....Now instead of me calling them for all balance related problem they have to call me again and again to pay bill in case i dont agree with their bill..In the end after 3-4 months i literally tel them u give me waiver for say "xyz" amount or discontinue the number...they more often then not agree to watevr we say and give waiver..Its good now they have to run behind me...:D

Hey MAGNeT who says that?

MTNL is by far the cheapest MSP. We have 3 connections in my family on MTNL and one on Airtel.

The best plan for you is the one they newly introduced. Pay Rs 199/- for a new SIM card and you get 1 year validity with 0.19 per minute for any MTNL landline, Trump, Dolphin or Garuda number and 0.49 per minute for others. What could be cheaper?

You get Rs 300 and 500 recharge vouchers with full talk time which you can couple with the above 1 year validity.

Use it and thank me.

BTW I have had many advantages of MTNL.

Last year I used a Rs 399/- voucher for 1 month validity unlimited calling to all MTNL numbers. I used it by renewing every month for 4 months. After that I discontinued. I kept getting free calls to MTNL number for almost a month after the expiry of validity at the end of the 4th month.

On one Jeevan Sathi number I am expected to recharge at least once in 6 months. I neglected to do it for 8 months and they did not cut it. When I called their CS to enquire about how many more days I had, they told me that my last recharge was 8 months ago so actually my validity period had ended 2 months ago. I recharged after another day or two.

Their network is fine too. The only issue with MTNL is that not everyone stocks their vouchers.

ohh.. same thing is happening here.

Today morning I got this message -

From: AZ-Promo

It says: Local Calling discount ki suvidha aapke Prepaid card par Rs2 prati din ke dar se uplabdh hai. Agar aap suvidha bandh karna chahe to sms kare Usub 58 to 51619

I don't know when I activated this plan, right now I don't want to unsub this plan.. I'll checkout the new schemes and then only.. But this is irritating :@
