You may want to take a good, hard look at your own responses. You were the one crying about avoiding Prime's restocking fee/Ineligibility to return if the seal was broken. That's you avoiding a loss. That's where the profit loss part comes in. Really there are none if you use some common sense.

The rules aren't sacred texts that are open to interpretation. They're clear and inviolable. They exist for a reason and there's absolutely no exceptions whatsoever.

You wanted to keep the option open for you return this item to PrimeABGB? Then you forfeit the option of trying to sell it on this forum. It's as simple as that.
