PC Peripherals antec nine hundred

Dude why dont u get the Coolermaster 690 instead???

Its more or less the same stuff except fer the side window..

Invest the remainin cash in somethin else..

good cabbie in my op...but it sure does gather up dust. I got all 4 fans on medium. Depends on how many cards ur adding. I got an 8800GTS and an X-fi sound card on an 680i LT mobo. Problem is the last pci slot is kinda close to the opening of my power supply so if i do add like a tv tuner card or something..it would be a little cramped. Cutting off air intake to the psu.

You do get provisions for adding more fans to help u out with it though.

the it depot quotes it at 6370

DUDE antec 900 is the best case right now

even m getting 1 ..its 7500 including tax

Antec 900 is very good if ur going for OC ..nice cooling comes with default 4 fans and is pretty funky too

CM690 FTW !!! :)

Antec 900 is nice but remember there are no dust filters on the front mesh, in city like bombay it's a dust magnet with huge invitation board :p.

ill actually hav a look at both the cases when i go to lami on 15th...till then..im biased toward antec...
@xerocool

but im hardly ever online...
do gimmie ur gmail id if u hav 1

read sumwer that antec 900 is havin less space inside n tin quality is also lo.they also had sum problems gettin 8800 GTX gfx in it :S better way go for Cm 690.

The A900 easily has much better cooling than the CM690. Especially for the hdd cage, which IMO is more important than other components. Also, the construction quality is better.

Cons are - it can get a bit cramped. I have a uAtx board, so its fine, but with an ATX mobo, you'll have to spend a lot of time if you want clean cabling. Also, this does not have a toolfree install. Everything has screws. I guess thats because its designed to be carried over to lan parties, so everything has to be secure.
The full mesh design also creates noise problems, even with the fans at low. Its something you'll have to get used to. But then, the CM690 will not be silent either. As for the dust problem, I've just put in some nylon netting in front of each fan. Should prevent most of the dust from getting in.
