^ Check again. 341 only holds Matx mobos rofl! 330,31,32,34 & 35 hold atx and matx but 341 only MATX hence smaller than NSK4400. 4400 can hold both atx and matx!

A lady rung me up today morn and confirmed the address. She said they'd be dispatching it today and is likely to be delivered by tuesday or wednesday. (Now I highly doubt that part!)

Nevertheless decent service I say. Grab this while the offer lasts.

For anyone eyeing a Bijli and not too hi-end or hot components, this is a much better deal than a Bijli quality-wise imho.

The SLK1650/2650 cases that this thing is based upon, with a newer bezel i.e., had very thick sheet metal, were quite heavy and much better build quality than the CM Elite series that sell for 2-2.2K odd.

This NSK will be atleast as ok as a CM elite if not better.

The HDD area has vents at the front iirc unlike solid metal in other cases.

The lower side panel vents should be blocked.

The funnel on the side maybe used for fresh air to cpu cooler.

Else it's preferably blocked if not using the funnel.

So if one blocks the lower 80mm vent at the front and on the side panel if any, all the air that the psu and the Rear 120mm fan have to push out have to come in from the vents near the HDDs and will be almost as good as having a dedicated fan for colling HDDs.

I had tried this with my Super Lan Boy and with a 70cfm rear fan, psu with slow 120mm fan and side panels closed, i had same HDD temps without a front fan as i had with a 65-70cfm odd front fan. :)

Due to the design of that case, the air had no option but to enter from HDD area and the negative pressure was enough to maintain a steady intake of air to keep HDD temps in check.

The only thing was SB and NB/cpu temps went up by a couple of degrees as they were deprived from the cooler air being force-fed to them but with a good cooler on them they were anyways much lower than usual. :)

@Bikey: What are the odds that a TRUE might fit into this enclosure? I would most probably be dumping the CM690 since I cant be lurking around with that. Besides I'd be removing the 3.5mm HDD cage and modding the enclosure to fit a 120mm fan (or a couple if space permits!) at the bottom while the case rests on 2 stools.

Add to that, there's just one HDD which might go into this enclosure using the Scythe 3.5" Bay Rafter. I'd be streaming all the HD thru some external HDD dock. I'm only worried if a TRUE would fit.

i am in big dilemma whether to buy this or buy iBall Baby 306.
reason is that i can't afford costly PSU for a basic PC.
so looking for inbuilt one.
i liked iBall baby 306 for its small form factor and looks.

At 7.8" wide and since your are on an Intel setup, i am hoping it will just about fit a TRUE with some scraping of the heatpipe ends at the top of the TRUE.

Since you have already ordered, let's wait and watch and keep our fingers crossed.

There is another trick but that's for later as it needs some effort and acceptance. :P

Else you can always swap your TRUE with my ultima90i or some other good cooler. :ohyeah:

Fan hole at bottom doesn't appeal to me- front is ok if you are shoving the sole HDD intoo the ODD bay.

And why do you need scythe rafter?

You get metal rails locally to use 3.5" device in 5.25" bay and they barely cost some 40-60 bucks iirc. :)

That way the metal rails will transmit heat from HDD to 5.25 bay and maybe to the case too and the whole thing will be one giant heatsink. :P

^Never seen a metal converter you are referring to Bikey. Please send me one so that I need not spend 250 odd on the plastic thing. Very well the heat emissions seems like a bit exaggerated to me and so does it to you! :bleh:

And yeah I dont mind swapping my TRUE either. Once I switch over to an i7 system, I shall get back the TRUE from you! :devil2:
