... I have very little idea of such software, and although I myself use KIS, and had it installed on each system, there was an incident a couple of weeks back, which froze work for a couple of hours, and I paid dearly for that 
so in essence, my question is that will switching to something beside KIS help me?? (m currently using KIS 7)
