From someone who owns a 6 Kg machine, don't get anything below 7 Kg. You can get LG within your budget easily. With SBI CC, 7 Kg is 25k and 8 Kg is 29.5k

The discount is decent even now. I doubt it will be much lower than this in BBD sale. I bought a machine last year for a relative which had a similar discount.
