Any experience shopping at Uniqkart?

don't buy.. it is not legit. i have ordered from Uniqkart.in. but i did not get the product. and no refund.. they wont answer any phone calls. i mailed them asking for refund. their reply is exactly this "sorry sir your product stucked in customs it will be ship on 15th aprl sir". and sill i didn't get any product or refund.
 
Placed order on 23rd February, recieved it today on April 21st.

I had emailed them on the 4th of April, asking for an update. They replied in a few hours saying there's been customs clearance delays.

Delivery was done by Delhivery, it was sent out two days ago.

When you're placing an order with an importer, it's understood that delivery will take weeks/months and there's no updates available until the product has cleared customs, so there's not much to be said over calls/messages/emails.

Both Uniqkart and Uniquebud send detailed emails saying the process is long and takes a minimum of 31 days and they both give you the option of cancelling the order after the email if you're unwilling to wait that long for shipping.

However their pricing is only Rs 100 to 300 lower than sellers on Amazon so it's probably not worth the wait unless if its something that's not available.
 
Product is of small value but it is at half the value of Amazon listing. In reality it should be at 25%.

I have ordered on 08.05.2024 vide order no ORDER UB-2007
To my whatsapp he was responding. Initial reply on 08.05.2024 was that it will be delivered in 10-12 days

On 17.05.2024 was his response was that it will take 10 to 11 more days , it is on international transit.

He has not responded on 27.05.2024.
He has responded on 28.05.2024 and shared Delivery tracking number.

It was actually delivered on 006.2024.

They have a short window when you're allowed to cancel, I think it's a day or two after the order is placed.

That's when they explain to you it's a long process and it'll take a minimum 30 days for delivery.

If you don't cancel at that moment then they assume you're okay with waiting.

None of this is new information, you would've received an email explaining all of this to you after you placed the order.

All I received was an email order confirmation with a one liner that says: Estimated delivery time 15-25 days. Thats it!

Maybe they've stopped sending these "explainer emails" fearing cancellations. Maybe they've saved them as a rebuttal to extract more time when they aren't even able to deliver in these 25 days.

Clever strategy, but bad business policies and practices IMHO!
