I am confused by their contact address -
Royale Stores, Ground Floor, 11/13 Gokul Kalyan, M K Amin Lane, Bora Bazar, Fort, Mumbai, Maharashtra, 400001
The site shows as The Reliable Photo Store and the same offline store is available in Google (4.5 rating) as well and links to the online store as well -
They are responsive on Whatsapp and ship using DTDC. I was looking to buy a lens not available elsewhere.
Mumbai folks or anyone else has any experience with them - online or offline ?
 
Ok so here is my own feedback as after some more research, I took a chance and bought a lens from them.

So I first contacted them on WA to confirm stock status and the correct spec of the product listing. They confirmed it was in stock so I placed the order. A little while later the guy called me to explain that their stock was tied to Tokina's warehouse and the listed was apparently some demo/trial unit. He apologised and offered either to cancel and refund or import it via the company, which would take three weeks. Since I was not in a hurry, I asked him to import it. As I waited, I communicated with them to obtain updates and they responded quickly. I received the lens yesterday after the order was placed on May 20. It was pretty well packed.

So except for the initial hiccup, it was an overall positive experience. They are responsive over WA and phone.
