Any "Free for two" mobile connection?

I am in urgent need of a "free for two" mobile connection, ie two parties can talk unlimited for free or the monthly talktime between the two parties greater than around 200 mins. One person is in Gurgaon, and the other in Faridabad (in case it matters).CDMA preferred.
Any options?
 
i think tata indicom has some plan like this. Had seen its ad somewhere. Better contact their retail center.

Idea has Night Unlimited from 11 to 7 or 6 for 50 rs top up

all idea to idea free (50 bux need only be 1 sided, both don't need the topup only the person calling needs it)
